A Lot
of contractual workers are working in NESCO to satisfy the need of
Electricity . There is no satisfactory provision to make them permanent .
Mean while the Department is offering priority to franchise and
franchise is also making appointment hundreds and hundreds worker
without Measuring of Their future . Though there is rule to appoint
permanent staff in place of vacancy , which is being ignored by
Department .
